“What an utter disaster. Watched three people in front of me, desperate for a car and being ripped.”

Shambolic. Watched three people infront of me being ripped off. They were desperate for a car, and had to pay an extra £45 per day to take out the excess cover. I wasn't desperate, so when they tried it with me, I had to walk out. You pay for what you get. It looks cheap, but they Will rip you off.
