Car rental process was fairly convenient, the vehicle was relatively new. There were a few tourists ahead of me when picking up the car, so I queued for more than ten minutes. I booked a BMW 1 Series but received a Ford Focus instead. Are the Ford Focus and BMW 1 Series even on the same level??

I rented a PASSAT wagon, but upon arrival, the car was unavailable. They offered me two choices: a FORD MONDEO wagon or a BMW 1 Series. I chose the MONDEO and was pleasantly surprised to find it was a brand new car with only 10 kilometers on it. I was extremely satisfied! The space is definitely larger than the PASSAT and it’s brand new! A delightful surprise!
