EasyRentalCars.Com is excellent but GreenMotion is not a pleasure to deal with

Long waiting times and inconsistent service

Green Motion is generally very good, but the Heathrow branch is located at the Holiday Inn which is currently being used as an asylum seekers holding area by the government and feels very insecure. Be aware that the depot does NOT open at 06:00 as reported by Qeeq and Green Motion's website but at 07:00. Note also that there is no toilet on site and no shuttle service to/from the airport apart from the hotel Hoppa bus service which is infrequent.

Hard to find bus to go to rental place, would of been nice to be told it was a hotel hoppa bus we needed.

Quick and easy service. The car was clean and had loads of great features. Also an upgrade from the Fiat 500, I got a Peugeot 208. Such great value for money. Friendly staff. No complaints from me.

Had never used Easy rent cars before, but will again, the price drop rebooking service was fantastic. So cheap that I cancelled my 1 day booking and extended it to 10.

Agent was not able to honour the price agreed. He insisted I paid for additional insurance I did not want or need as I have a credit card that covers car insurance. He repeated refused to accept my position. He just said he could not let me have car without an extra insurance payment that was four times the cost of the rental itself. The only choice he gave me was to take it or walk away with no car. I shall never book with them again unless this issue is explained properly.
