Average, not as good as Hertz in New Zealand. Not mentioning the lack of Chinese service, they have car delivery in New Zealand.

Convenient pickup and quick return, the car was very new and in good condition, it was a pleasant experience.

This is my second time renting a car. The pickup and return is right across from the airport, which is very convenient. The car is also in great condition.

what's a terrible experience with Hertz. The staff is not helpful and not professional at all. They just left the car which was in poor conditions. We insisted to ask for another car but we had waited over one hour to get the car. During our waiting, I approached Hertz staff to ask for the status but their response was one of bored indifference.
