After all, it is a big company with standardized operations and impeccable service. There was a small incident when returning the car; the staff mixed up the order, causing a false alarm. Fortunately, the mistake was found and corrected in time. I rented the car for 4 days, covering approximately 1400 kilometers. Due to the inability to obtain toll and fine information in a timely manner, a pre-authorization of 940 AUD was placed for possible charges. This is understandable, but given today's advanced information technology, I think this could be improved.

It was not good to not prepared booster sheets although I have ordered those. We had to wait for that in the car.

Very efficient staff and car is very clean.

Easy to book. However did not get any notification on price drop down.
