Service are not bad, car conditions need to be improved

There was almost no waiting in line, and no upselling.

Overall service is excellent. We have rented from East Coast several times. The staff is very professional and has a great attitude. They pick us up at the airport.

The company staff are very friendly and patient. They provided airport shuttle service and gave us a map along with some sightseeing suggestions. The vehicle was spacious, an 8-seater, perfect for our group of 6 adults and a baby. The baby seat was installed in the middle with an adult on each side; it wasn't cramped at all. The trunk is very large, fitting 3 large suitcases and 2 small ones. The car was in great condition, having only 75,000 kilometers on it, practically a new car. My family was very satisfied.

The car was in good condition, with only about 50,000 kilometers on it. The car was clean. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic.

Everything was quite good. I rented a car in Sydney and got a Nissan Sylphy. I noticed they mostly have Nissan Sylphys, Toyota Corollas, and Suzuki Swifts. Returning the car at Brisbane Airport was quick, and they even provided a shuttle to the airport. Nice.
