It's necessary to inspect carefully and point out each one to the staff and take photos, which is quite troublesome. The staff were busy and didn't have time to photograph all the scratches, so you have to record them yourself.

It would have been helpful if the counter staff in sydney had told us about where to drop the car in Brisbane. We found the drop off point off airport quite by chance, which saved us driving to the airport unnecessarily.
