About Budget: 9.4 /10
Like: We had a good car for 11 days for a little over $400. No hidden fees, no surcharges, the price we were quoted was exactly what we paid. The Budget pickup location was right at the airport, and you go accross the street to pick up the car, very simple. Would definitely fo business with them again.
Dislike: We rented a Standard Car, in the description it said a Chrysler 200 or similar, I don't see how a Volkswagen Jetta Tsi is similar to a Chrysler 200. This was my only dislike... I wish on the booking site they will give you all the possible "Standard" size vehicle options. Or better yet what each category means. But over all not bad.

“paid twice for one car!”

First I paid for Easyrentcars 460,47 Euro on the 24th of June. And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back. “Worst experience ever and I would not book with Budget or EasyRentCars again”

Worst service ever,the staff didn’t know what they were doing,we were in the queue for 40 mins and they wanted more money from me and was trying to get me to cancel the booking to rebook. Car had not been cleaned,full of scratches and I was told the car was orange it wasn’t it was blue.
