Vehicle was great, felt like an upgrade because of the quality and newness - really enjoyed driving it. Curtis checked me out and back in, he was super helpful answering my questions on pick and checking the car condition with me. He was fast on the drop off too. Very respectful and helpful employee, represented Alamo very well!

Didnt get a price drop this time. Booking was easy. Only confusing thing with Qeeq is the deposit and then additional payment on pick up, might be good for Qeeq to include the original quote in the receipt to show it matches the original quote,

The service attitude at the store was pretty good, there were no upsells, and there was no waiting in line. However, we were very dissatisfied with the handling of the accident aftermath. The accident was entirely the other party's fault, yet they still charged us £1500 when returning the car. It's been over three months since we returned home and we have yet to get our money back, with the excuse that the other party’s insurance has not compensated them.

The car i was given was a Jaguar XE. M, it was ok, it had really good features inside the car, but it was really juicy. I think the car has not been given a service. Also the car was dirty inside and out. But Monika at Alamo was amazing and her customer service was excellent.
