A great deal!

the counter staff was friendly upon PU less so on drop off Car was very nice, not a very basic Corolla but had some upgrades. Was very clean

The car had mechanical issues which cannot be identified by the visual inspection upon first receiving the keys - the left front wheel had a major vibration and rattling noise when driving between 30-40 km/h. The car was not clean - windows all round were greasy and dirty, boot lining was muddy. The counter staff had very average service - all necessary paperwork is done but it felt like they all rather not be working on both days of picking up and dropping off the keys.

This is my first experience posting negative feedback for any business - so it was bad! The woman at the service counter needs some support in her job. People were lined up for service & she appeared stressed & miserable. Her communication was rude & abrupt. At one point she kicked us all out of the office so she could take a short break. She insulted me in front of a line of people waiting, announcing that I couldn't afford to pay when the issue was that I held cash & not a credit card. I was alone in a strange city with 2 children in tow. She upset me a lot. There was nothing easy about dealing with this company.

Friendly service both call centre and pick up location, also loved the fact that I could extend the rental at the dam rate.
