Good overall experience

The car provided was in great condition, and the rental process was straightforward. Very satisfied.

The process was simple and quick, and the car was very new. However, the insurance terms in the contract were not clearly explained, and the car was not clean.

Maggiore's pick-up point at Malpensa T1 is very convenient. Take the elevator down from gate 5 on the arrivals level and follow the car hire signs. All car rental companies are located there. Once the paperwork is done, you can directly go to parking lot B without leaving the building to get your car.

The car rental area is out of the terminal. People need to take a bus and there is no clear indication of it. The only car rental company in the terminal is Sixt.

The car was not premium class as booked. They did not have the Mercedes I originally booked and gave me a Kia instead. This should have been another premium car but anyways accepted it.

All great and awaiting for their customer support to assist on a refund for being double charged for one-way fee.
