Terrible service. When I picked up the car, they asked me to sign a form and froze 207 Euros as a pre-authorization. I repeatedly confirmed with the staff that this amount would be unfrozen after the car was returned and that there would be no other charges unless there were violations. However, on the fourth day after returning the car, the entire pre-authorization amount was charged. After returning to my home country, it took two months of appeals to find out that a lot of additional fees were included. This rental cost me over a thousand yuan.

Not a good experience: First, the location only has two staff members, and their efficiency is average. We arrived before 9 AM and were the first in line, but a long queue formed afterwards. Secondly, the car we received was not the Mini Cooper we reserved but a very ugly and odd Fiat Kugo. It was embarrassing to drive and hard to park. There were Mini Coopers in the garage, but no upgrade was offered. Thirdly, the garage is over 500 meters from the location, requiring us to drag our luggage, cross streets, and traffic lights for a 10-minute walk. The person managing the garage is part-time, so communication with the location was difficult. It caused me to make two trips back and forth, wasting 2 hours.

The pickup procedure was fast, the office and garage were close to each other, and the car was in good condition.

Due to a flight delay, I couldn't pick up the car on the same day. Despite communicating with QEEQ to reserve the car, I still got a smaller car the next day. The space was very cramped throughout the trip, and it was hard to fit all the luggage.

Please improve the initial process for collecting car
