You get what you pay for

Probably because it was late, there was no shuttle bus from the airport to the pickup point, which wasn't close by. We had to spend 25 euros on a taxi. The service lady kept pushing insurance on us, even though we told her we had full coverage. This wasted 30 minutes of our time.

Everything worked out well. The only catch is a large deposit.

Perfect.

It has taken over two and a half hours to pick up the car. Only 3person allowed in the office at once, queue wasn’t even long, but to queue outside in the heat for this long is something crazy.

The car was quite new but it has a few scratches which was not marked on the rented document so I had to make the staff aware of it

The prices quoted by Easyrentcars are very competitive so I tend to go with them hiring the car from Easyrentcars.

Service at car pick up and car return was excellent, but the car was not in good conditions. The front left light bulb was burned (I realized it when I arrived to the B&B) and this limited the use of the car only during the day (for security and because I wanted to avoid any fine). Mechanically the car was only reasonable, it may need some revision on front wheels allignement and clutch…
