Pickup was super easy and smooth, and returning the car was just as seamless—no staff involved at all.

I booked a Chevrolet in advance but when I arrived, there were no cars available... Had to upgrade the model, costing quite a bit more

Overall experience was good. The store closes at 11:30 PM, which is later than other rental companies. Returning the car was also quite convenient.

Nice and neat car. Spacious for our luggage requirements. Relatively new vehicle. No queue at the pick up counter. The only downside is that the car pick up counter is located at the basement at a location away from the airport and hence it was inconvenient to reach there with so much luggage.

Qeeq.com is a customer friendly application. Your help desk is very efficient and is always available. I had a couple of queries that were promptly and fully answered.

First car we were given needed an oil change so we had to drive it back to hertz to get another car then after driving that second car to our destination we found that second car was also past its oil change. Need to check your cars better, shouldn’t be down to the person renting.

Great prices super easy booking. Very happy.
