Reasonable rental cost at the expense of a bit of inconvenience picking up the car

This is an off-site location on Mannheim Road south of ORD. The pick-up involves taking the airport shuttle to the rental car center, then calling Routes for a pick-up. (Two shuttles altogether on pick-up.) Getting back to the airport after returning the car was easier, though: The Routes shuttle dropped returning passengers directly at their terminals rather than at the rental car center -- a nice touch.

the car exceeded my spectations, it was a Sahara Jeep Hybrid, the best thing I ever tried, we need to change all gas vehicles to electric or hybrid, I dont spend too much money and drive a lot!

“I was incredibly unhappy that I did not get the economy car I had rented and instead got an SUV.”

I wanted the car I rented, an economy car. I did not want an SUV. I doubt that I would rent from Routes again. Although I rented for a reasonable price, the add ons for insurance, some of which I did not really need, I found very irritating.
