The next day, at another branch of the same company in a different city, we requested to switch back to the original model. The staff said the switch was possible but the extra charges would not be refunded.

The pick-up location has hidden charges and forces customers to purchase full insurance. Although they promised to refund the insurance fee after communication, the refund was never issued.
