“I will not use Routes again if I can help it!”

It took a long time to pick up and drop off the car. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes at the counter to pick up the car and 45 minutes to drop off. There were people in the office, but they all just run around not taking care of customers.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.
