Je pensais louer une voiture 308 à boite automatique et finalement j'ai conduit une mercedes à boite automatique, j'étais vraiment très très ravie de cette surprise, le prix de la location étant rester le même. J'ai apprécié conduire cette voiture vraiment. Europcar m'a fourni plus qu'une location, une découverte vraiment. Pour une première location je suis ravie. Je regrette que les défauts de la voiture n'est pas tous été indiqués, de plus la voiture avait besoin d'entretien au niveau huile, ce qui ne m'a pas rassuré quand je conduisais dans les cols de montagne.

1. Downgraded the car model without notifying beforehand. 2. Poor vehicle condition. 3. Delayed emergency rescue. 4. Rescue personnel lied and delayed assistance for 5 hours. 5. Rescue hotline was difficult to reach. 6. No after-sales service provided to resolve the loss caused. On the morning of November 21, my car broke down. The charging plug was stuck and couldn't be removed. The car couldn't be started. I waited around 3 hours before anyone came to help. The car worked for only 2 hours before the same issue occurred again at around 16:49. The rescue workers initially said they'd arrive in 45 minutes but kept delaying—first by 30 minutes, then another 30 minutes. The tracking website showed that they had arrived, but they hadn't. They lied to the assistance team saying they came but couldn't fix the issue, which wasn't true. After continuous follow-ups, every time I was informed they would arrive soon, but they kept delaying. Finally, at around 22:20, they arrived but couldn't resolve the issue. I missed an important meeting with my customer, who was very unhappy. This resulted in significant business losses.

I rented a car in France and encountered a car malfunction in Germany. I had to call France to contact the international center and then find local towing services. The car was parked at the hotel, and I gave the towing address as the hotel. After explaining the situation to the front desk, I went back to my room to wait. The tow truck driver drove around the area near the hotel, didn't see my car with its hazard lights on, and just left without asking at the hotel front desk. As a result, I had to move the car to the hotel entrance, turn on the hazard lights, and wait by the roadside for over half an hour. The city had only one office, and it happened to be a public holiday in Germany. After the car was towed, I had to go to the office the next day to get another car. The local staff only learned about the car problem when I arrived and took the car for repair. The office was small and couldn’t arrange a direct replacement, so I had to wait an hour for the repair. If the car couldn’t be fixed, I might have had to wait another hour or more for a replacement from another location.

Like: The car hire offices are all together just outside the arrivals area. Staff were very polite and helpful. Cars are parked within 50 yards. All in all, a very easy and pleasant experience.
