PATHETIC, RIDICULOUS, LONG WAIT for PICKUP, LONG WAIT for DROP-OFF, MISMANAGED rental agency

We waited a long time to get the car, the staff at the counter and on the phone were not very friendly. The car was not very clean, they hosed down the outside while we were waiting, the inside was dusty and dirty. The prices were really good.

It was really easy to book online.

Clean up your office inside and out. Clean your cars and put gas in them. Extend your hours for pick up and drop off to airport

Waited 80 minutes to pick up car. They could prepare the daily pickups scheduled so they don't have to start contracts from scratch to speed things up. Will likely not use Routes Vancouver Airport again due to the long wait.

Like: Location and shuttle are perfect....no need to rent at airport. This was almost the same experience...without the fancy counter.
Dislike: The airport arrival pickup was not clearly written. I thought I had to walk through the airport rental garage to find shuttle pick up area, when in fact, it was right outside the airport door. I had to call twice to ensireninwas in correct spot. The longest part of the pick-up, was waiting while the agent answered same phone calls over and over. I wasn't the only one confused by the description. Just wait at the shuttle stand, they come frequently!!!
