It took a long time to pick up the car, but the return process was very quick.

Decent place. They didn't have the vehicle I ordered so we had to go back and forth until we agreed on a vehicle - a Jeep WRangler. Price was really good. Airport pickup vehicle is clearly too small since some people had to wait for 2-3 trips.

My only criticism was that the Vancouver was way understaffed!! Fortunately I ran to be first in line at when the shuttle dropped off, but there was only one person at the desk. Wasn't a Corrola but a equivalent KIA. That was frustrating. It is 5 days now and they didn't reimburse the security deposit yet. Security deposit is also very high (500 CAD).
