Everything was fine, but I got different car.

Fast car delivery, but lacked some reminders.

Europcar is okay, but the cars I get from them are often below my expectations. This time I received a Volkswagen T-Cross, which wasn't even listed, so I had to reluctantly choose a Volkswagen Golf. Could you tell me if the car class was downgraded? If so, can I request a refund?

Picking up and dropping off the car were both within the terminal, which was quite convenient. All I needed to provide was a translated driver's license, saving on notarization costs. Overall, I am fairly satisfied!

The service at europcar was terrible this time. I rented cars there for the last 5 years.....convenient and friendly. on the day of pick-up I called in to find out if I can pick up the car an hour later (5pm instead of 4pm), I was told NO PROBLEM. Arriving at Europcar I found out, that the store closed at 4pm. I had to spend the night in Ravensburg and pick up the car the next morning. I did not get re-imbursed for the day I had no car. Turning the car in was also a problem, I was told to drop off the car in Friedrichshafen, since the location closed permanently. This was VERY inconvenient for me. I had to find somebody to pick me up to get back to Ravensburg. No transportation was offered. (I was told to take the train or a bus!!!) Voucher # 1102622252. On top of it....I hated the car!!!!
