I've booked Mercedes (A-class) but got Ford (minivan). I understand that they didn’t have Mercedes at that time but I needed small car, not minivan. Everything else was very nice.

Not very happy. We originally booked a Golf, but it wasn't available when we picked up the car. They suggested we take an Audi A3 and handed us 3-4 Audi keys, checking each one and saying the car was parked in a spot it couldn't get out of. Finally, they gave me a key with an S badge. The car didn't drive well. Only later did I realize it was a SEAT LEON.

Collection car at Munich Branch is terrible. The counter staff (Aunty) is rude and dont speak english. For return car, there is no damage charges shown to us. We still pending for their reply.
