Hertz shows poor service; non-gold members had to wait several hours to pick up the car, and we only got it after arguing.

There weren't many people in line, only two in front of me, but the two staff members at the counter were extremely slow. Each transaction took too much time.

For someone like me who can only speak a few words of English, the company's service was excellent! Very trustworthy!

I rented a Jeep on the website, but they gave me a Kia. Although the models are similar, I was still a bit disappointed at first. There was Chinese service in San Francisco, but the upselling took quite a long time. Nevertheless, picking up and returning the car was very convenient and quick.
