Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

The booking was fine! Getting to the place where I was to be picked up was chaotic and time-consuming! There was nothing in the paperwork that told me where to meet the company picking me up.! I’m not sure if I would use the service again. I think I am due money back because they gave me a smaller car than I paid for!!!

I was extremely disappointed with not being able to use my own insurance! No where did easycar mention the four only insurance companies one switch accepted. I ended up paying almost double than what I booked.
