hard to find the pick up area, waited more than 30 m. on line at the counter. the price was $ 30.00 more than the estimated price on line not happy with that.
Like: I loved the car Dislike: Calling hertz on the phone and speaking to the reps I was driving in a massive rain down pour and needed to change location of drop off they could not tell me how far hertz was from hotel I was staying at . Paying more for a different drop off location seems rediculous to me
The guy at drop off location however was very nice
