They provided an old car with over 80,000 kilometers and numerous scratches, and strongly pushed for insurance.

The staff, whether at reception, car pickup, or return, were very polite and welcoming. They might ask if you'd like insurance upgrades, but a courteous decline is sufficient without any pressure. Returning the car was also convenient, and the deposit was refunded promptly. This was my first time renting a car, and although I was initially concerned due to previous reviews, this experience turned out to be very pleasant.
