Not bad. It's a relatively large company.

Very good. When I first got the car, I was unfamiliar with it, and the staff patiently explained everything. Although there was a scratch later, it was quick to return the car because I had full insurance. However, they charged me 40 euros on my credit card beside all the fees, not sure what it was for.

Europecar offered me a SERES3 EV. I asked them for another car such as Peugeot, Renault, Citroën, etc, but they said they have only Chinese EV cars or Tesla for extra 100 €. I didn't accept Tesla, and take Seres3. During my drive on the first day, the car had problem with electric system. I went to the Europcar Agency in Montpelier Airport. At the beginning they refused to change the car. I called Europcar Help Center and QEEQ help center but didn't contact to anybody. I resist to change the car and they accept to change the car with MG4. This EV car was OK and I completed my travel without another problems.

Booking platform is working very well but help center is not.

Unfortunately we don't get the exact car that we booked thru easyrental. Europcar had gave us a different car.

Je loue chez Europcar depuis 35 ans sans jamais avoir eu un problème. Monsieur ANCRE me dit que je suis bloqué chez eux et qu'il ne peut pas me délivrer le véhicule. Je lui ai dit que ce n'était pas possible, il a cherché la raison mais ne dispose pas d'informations. Au bout d'une dizaine de minute il s'est rendu compte qu'il y avait une erreur de saisie de numéro de permis, il s'est excusé et m'a surclassé. Je remercie Monsieur ANCRE pour son sens commercial et son abnégation. J'ai eu une belle frayeur... La voiture était parfaite et aucun problème à la restitution.

Tout a été parfait, je découvre EasyRentCar avec bonheur. Le délai est un peu long pour la confirmation, ce qui peut être gênant pour l'organisation du déplacement. Je vais faire de la pub et parrainer des proches tant que les prix resteront compétitifs.
