Bait and switch

Need more staff to check out.

I had a great value for a full size vehicle. The price had drop even lower than when I booked.

Waited 90 minutes to get car. Workers were rude and made little effort. They didn’t have my vehicle, so had to find me a new one which took additional time.

Reason for the long delay in getting the car I wasn't a where that they don't rent to Florida residents. The girl at the desk was helpful and explained they would have to hold a $1000.00 on a credit card which I did but not everyone would be able to do that.

Like: Nice vehicles and awesome service.
Dislike: When location at airport is not very clear who's renting out the vehicles. On email need to give more specific details about how to go about the rental.

Like: I rented a Nissan Rogue, but ended up with a Jeep Wrangler with navigation. Our flight was delayed and the airport was a MESS. By the time we made it to the rental place, it was 4 to 5 hours after my expected pickup. They didn't have any Rogue's left but they gave me the Jeep for the same price. It was a nice unexpected surprise after all the other travel issues. It was clean, new and Awesome! Thank you for a sweet week! Car got lots of attention and compliments
Dislike: Need an awning for the drop off for when it is raining and you have to do the vehicle check in.
