Service similar to a low cost airline. You can fly but with many irritants

Had a great experience with Routes car rental. Car exceeded my expectations and was clean and new. Pick up was a little slow but to be fair a shuttle full of customers arrived at the same time. Agent did not try to pressure or "scam" me into buying any extra insurance, toll pass or gas. Car return was super easy and fast. Shuttle to and from Routes was also fast and efficient. I would use this car rental co. again and would recommend it to anyone.

Easyrent lived up to it's name. Would use again.

Wish they had a place at airport.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

The staff at the counter was great courteous, friendly and capable. The shuttle driver was great offering help answering question and providing recommendations on attractions Great staff

They did not have the type of car I rent so they gave us a larger car that makes spend more money in gasoline
