The first employee was not very good at customer,service would not even let me use the phone The sec

When we arrived to pick up the car the price was $60.00 more that what EasyRentCars said it would be plus there were more taxes on top of the 60 more dollars I will not trust what I see anymore.

Wished the price would have been legit.

Routes staff lied about pickup time and why it took so long, 1hr after flight arrived in 90 dry heat. Car was on E and was supposed to be full. Under staffed and most didn’t know what to do. Drop off was not available at flight time so had to drop off night b4 and Uber back to hotel and then to airport next day. Extra $90

Waited way too long, but the young man that serviced us was wonderful!

Terrible experience. Did not get the car I was promised. I waited 2 hours at the counter, 4 cars were returned but she will not give me. She demanded extra 28 dollars per day for the Nissan Rougue that was promised.

Dislike: The reservation did not say the shuttle name Route. I was looking for Essy Car Rental. I waited 45 min until I asked what color the shuttle was and they told me look for Route,
