Unclear pricing and existing car damage not disclosed during handover.

1. Added unauthorized extra insurance without our consent.
2. Stated policy was to return the car with an empty tank, but the car was handed over with a full tank and we were charged $105 for the fuel.
3. Agreed fee for returning the car to a different location was $600, but we were actually charged $1,000.

Despite paying in full and confirming the reservation, the entire pickup process took 3.5 hours. First, there was a two-hour wait in line, then the car was not ready, and finally we received a car that was dirty and smelled terrible.

The local Avis branch asked if I wanted the highway toll pass, and I said yes, but they didn't explain the costs. In the end, after 21 days of rental, they charged over $300 extra on my credit card. They also upgraded the insurance without my consent.
