There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental company, which is very convenient. Once you get off, you can go straight to the counter to complete the formalities, and the process is very fast, taking about five minutes per person. They simply asked if the car would be returned with a full tank, without trying to upsell anything. The most noteworthy incident during this car rental was that the car window was smashed on the second day, and my backpack was stolen. Fortunately, all valuables and important documents had been safely stored and were not stolen. After calling the police, the officers who arrived on the scene handled the case efficiently. It seemed like they were used to car window smashings and treated it as routine. The staff at the supermarket entrance even took me to another spot to see the shattered glass from the smashed car window, and they seemed very calm about the whole situation.

There weren't many people in line. Initially, they wanted to upgrade my car, but the price increased by 20%, so I reverted to my original booking. They asked if I wanted extra insurance. After I declined, they didn't push further and quickly processed the paperwork for the car. Overall, the service was pretty good.

Very nice, we met an unconventional rental manager who processed our rental right in the parking lot. It took only five minutes from arrival to getting the car, saving us from waiting in line at the store.
