The pickup process was quick. Although the specified model wasn't available, the alternative car provided was spacious and very new.

Convenient and fast, good quality cars that are relatively new, and the car use instructions were explained patiently. However, it is still advised to adapt to the car a bit before hitting the road.

I have been charged 435 US dollars outside of my already paid amount for this reservation. 174 were cut as security and 239 have been cut after we dropped it off. This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
