I rented a car three times during my trip to the US, all from AVIS. The service was excellent, and there were no issues at all.

On the second day after picking up the car, I noticed that the lower part of the front passenger door panel was loose, to the point where I hesitated to close the door for fear of making it worse. I took photos and reported it to both QEEQ and Avis. After 7 days, I returned the car without any issues. I had purchased full insurance, so I’m not sure whether it would have been a problem if I was uninsured. I recommend everyone to carefully inspect the car when picking it up.

The car rental front desk process is straightforward, and pick-up and drop-off are convenient.
