When picking up the car, there were scratches on the right side of the body and scuff marks on the wheels. The staff suggested taking photos and uploading them, but the upload didn't work. I contacted QEEQ support and sent the pictures to them, and they assisted in resolving the issue.

Returning the car was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly. They were concerned I might not know the way to T1, so they proactively and patiently guided me.
