We ended up with an electric car, my first ever experience, and was absolutely wonderful. An excellent experience overall. Thanks budget!

When I had an issue, the staff were excellent. Called me back at my convenience which was hugely appreciated.

It would be great if they were open 24 hours.

Budget staff must be on some sort of bonus to up sell the "pay for your gas now" and "sun pass" options, the tuts and looks of disbelief, including rolling eyes, and shaking head, at the fact I did not want to pay for these was really over the top... The car turned out to be marked all over and the seats stained inside, the guy at the booth just shrugged his shoulders. Seems like the price of car hire has shot up but the standards have really dropped.

Car was a bit dirty, but otherwise fine. Location difficult to find, confusing signage in the parking garage. Service was good.
