On the second day after picking up the car, I noticed that the lower part of the front passenger door panel was loose, to the point where I hesitated to close the door for fear of making it worse. I took photos and reported it to both QEEQ and Avis. After 7 days, I returned the car without any issues. I had purchased full insurance, so I’m not sure whether it would have been a problem if I was uninsured. I recommend everyone to carefully inspect the car when picking it up.

Highly convenient and considerate

Returned at the Avis LAX location. It has poor reviews on Yelp, but when I went there, it was not crowded and quite okay.
