Remember to bring a printed translation document when picking up the car. I've rented multiple times before without using a translation document, and thought it would be fine this time as well. However, it turned out to be quite challenging to communicate, and in the end, I could only rent the car using my passport and driver's license.

The booking page indicated free cancellation, but when plans changed and I needed to cancel, I was informed there were conditions. Why not clearly state the cancellation policy when booking?
