I have always liked Thrifty; their service is efficient and enthusiastic.

It's okay, there were three people handling the process which sped things up.

It was okay. After driving 800 kilometers, the engine warning light turned on. I had to drive back to exchange the car, which was quite troublesome.

The pickup of the vehicle was under-staffed. We waited in a queue for a long time but once at the counter, the agents were fast and friendly. I wanted to compliment Sherry, the van driver that got us back to the airport after we dropped the car. What a delight she was to everyone on the bus. She was welcoming, engaging, helped everyone with their luggage, made us feel warm and safe, and was just extremely supportive and a delight. She kept us informed as to what would happen, and she reminded us about collecting all our personal items from the car before we set off. Sometimes it's just the little things that a company does that makes it stand out and makes customers want to choose them over the competition. Based on Sherry, she was the difference maker for me using your services.

The 3 young ladies(?) working customer service at THRIFTY was Rude ,attitude sucks ; they don’t need to be working there.. My party , we had to wait 2 hrs are more for a vehicle, the date of pick up slot of people had to wait .. They need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
