Overall smooth experience. The rental listing showed a Toyota Sienna, but the car provided was a Kia Carnival. The vehicle was in excellent condition: powerful engine, responsive brakes, clean interior, and less than 20,000 miles.

Since it was Christmas, the staff might have been on holiday. The counter was shared with other companies, and there were not many people working. We waited for 20 minutes. The process was simple; they just checked the translation of my driver's license and took a deposit of 200 USD. After that, I could go to the parking lot to pick up the car. It took less than 10 minutes to complete the process. The car was upgraded; I got a Chevrolet Cruze, which was nice.

Like: Excellent comfortable car, worked perfectly for our family of five. Sat Nav was essential.
Dislike: On arriving at the desk on time for our car, I was told that it wasn’t ready and they were waiting for a minivan to come in. Having prebooked the car and very tired from a trans Atlantic flight I was very surprised by this. We had to wait over 30 mins in the end.
