Great experience, they upgraded the vehicle for us. The car was very new and freshly cleaned before being handed over. It was a hybrid vehicle, which was very fuel-efficient. Compared to Avis in central Paris, this was much cheaper, and there was no queue.

The service attitude was great and very patient. They did offer additional insurance, but it didn't feel forced. I ended up paying an extra 200 euros for insurance for the week just to be safe. However, they charged me 90 euros for being 1 hour late, which felt a bit expensive.

Everything went smoothly, but the parking spot was a bit far from the counter. Additionally, if you haven't returned a car from Avis yet and need to rent another one, there can be some issues. However, I ultimately got the car without much hassle.
