I originally booked a manual transmission car, but was upgraded to an automatic at pickup. The car was in great condition, a new car with only 20,000 kilometers, and even had adaptive cruise control.

Simple and smooth.

This was my first international car rental experience and overall, I am very satisfied! However, there was one minor inconvenience: When the staff handed over the car, it was quite 'quick'. They gave me the keys and left immediately. When I noticed the car only had half a tank of fuel, I had to go back down to the office (the rental cars were parked on the third floor rooftop, while the office was on the ground floor).

Overall, it was very convenient and quick. Although our English isn't great, we managed to communicate without too much trouble. During car pickup, the paperwork was done quickly and they even brought the car right to us. For the car return, based on previous descriptions, we easily found the return spot in a designated parking garage at Nice Airport.
