The car was almost new, very lightweight and easy to drive, clean and comfortable when picked up. The staff were very nice. However, there were hidden charges. At least up to now, I still don't know why a deposit of 112 euros was deducted when returning the car.
I picked up the car a few minutes early, but they charged me several dozen euros extra without notifying me. I only discovered this issue when I checked the pricing myself.
There were very few people, and the process was straightforward. The service attitude was excellent, and there was no pressure to purchase additional services.
