The car rental service was absolutely excellent. The car was almost brand new and very easy to drive. We had an incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling 10 days driving the Audi A5 around the Balkans. We will definitely choose this rental agency again in the future.

The service was good and not pushy. It's clear that the staff is professional. The car was quite new, with only a little over 30,000 kilometers. The vehicle was in good condition. However, it seems this car is a lower trim? It didn't even have a backup camera.

They said the international driving permit was not acceptable and asked for the Chinese driving license. After getting that, they said I needed a translation. When I showed them the translation in my email, they said the international driving permit was fine. That was a very frustrating experience.

1. They ignore you if you don't speak English, even with a reservation. 2. They forcefully upsell insurance, not allowing you to see the contract until you sign and pay, which they use to justify the insurance push.

The car pickup process was very smooth.
