Choosing to pick up the car from the downtown shopping mall branch was the smartest decision. The car was new, in great condition, the process was quick, and there was no pressure to purchase additional services.

Not bad, the car is very new, and we managed to fit three 24-inch suitcases and one 20-inch suitcase.

The car provided was quite new, with only about 7,000 kilometers driven. The handover and inspection process were very convenient, and there were no additional insurance charges. The staff were patient, and when I couldn’t understand their English due to an accent, they kindly waited for me to use a translation app.

The car rental service was absolutely excellent. The car was almost brand new and very easy to drive. We had an incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling 10 days driving the Audi A5 around the Balkans. We will definitely choose this rental agency again in the future.

The service was good and not pushy. It's clear that the staff is professional. The car was quite new, with only a little over 30,000 kilometers. The vehicle was in good condition. However, it seems this car is a lower trim? It didn't even have a backup camera.

Satisfied. They promptly handled requests such as adding border crossing stamps. The car was very new, having driven just over 1000 kilometers. But driving on mountain roads made me worry about stone chips or scratches (the burden of having a new car).
