Initially agreed to allow cross-border travel to Albania, but at pick-up, they claimed it was against national regulations and wasted over 3 hours. Suddenly, it became permissible again, treating agreements like a joke.

Choosing to pick up the car from the downtown shopping mall branch was the smartest decision. The car was new, in great condition, the process was quick, and there was no pressure to purchase additional services.

Not bad, the car is very new, and we managed to fit three 24-inch suitcases and one 20-inch suitcase.

The car rental service was absolutely excellent. The car was almost brand new and very easy to drive. We had an incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling 10 days driving the Audi A5 around the Balkans. We will definitely choose this rental agency again in the future.
