Pretty good. I picked up the car on the second day from a location just 10 minutes away from my hotel. The process was simple; I only needed a credit card and driver's license. They also asked for a translated copy of my driver's license. Overall, it was a good experience.

I booked a small premium, they had no Options only I’ve car in a class above that had scratched and wasn’t in good condition! Usually Alamo are good but this time let me down abit.

The staff at the counter are really nice and proactive. They helped me as there was a problem. The cars are not brand new, they can be a little old so the drive isn't as nice. But still very good.
