When picking up the car at Zagreb Airport, we had to wait for over an hour as the previous car hadn't been returned yet. The process was fairly smooth overall. Since we didn’t buy insurance directly from the rental company, the deposit was relatively high at €3,000. The car was in decent condition, and the space was suitable for the four of us. Finally, we successfully returned the car in Belgrade.

Convenient and efficient, good vehicle quality, and the staff at the counter and elsewhere were very nice.

The overall service was good. Since I was staying in Zagreb for a layover before flying back home the next day, I opted to rent a manual car for just one day for convenience. The rental company provided a car that had not been repaired after an accident, and the right door was scraped and deformed. However, both the pick-up and drop-off processes went smoothly. Kudos to the rental staff! Driving a manual car does require practice; I stalled in the city center of Zagreb and got honked at by a taxi behind me.

Waited a long time to collect the car! Over an hour which was hard work with young children. Seemed disorganised having to hand write out details that we had already submitted via EasyRentCars website when we booked it.
