The car was dirty, smelly, and scratched all over. This is not what one expects when renting a car. Furthermore, it was the first time that the credit card was required to be in the same name as the driver.

“Overall good experience but could be improved (eurocar). Booking was very straight forward and easy.”

Car was not ready by the time we got to the counter (delayed on landing). The tolls in Dubai were a bit of a surprise as this was not made clear on pickup.
