Hiccups on uplift but 0therwise okay.

The service was excellent, with minimal queuing and an acceptable wait for the car. I rented the car for 13 days; it was a Citroen C5. Upon returning the car at Paris airport, I accidentally scraped the right front wheel against the curb due to the narrow lanes in the parking area. There was some dust on the car. EUROPCAR charged me 287 euros for repairs without providing any repair invoices or pictures, which left me quite puzzled.

Everything else was good, but it was hard to find the car in the parking lot. I didn't know the way to walk from the store to the parking lot. The two adjacent parking lots were not connected, the signs were unclear, and I ended up in the wrong parking lot on the right. It took walking outside the building to find the rental company's parking entrance and then walking down the ramp to the -4 level to find the car.

Excellent servuce

Like: I like the fact that you kept your promise and reduced my rental cost when prices dropped. I liked the car and customer advisors efficiency.
Dislike: I would have like to hand the car back to your representative instead of dropping the key in a box. This removes any doubt about condition of it in return. Sat nav should be given as standard.
