Excellent service from Europcar

Picking up the car was smooth. When returning the car, the staff had already left, so I had to use the self-service return, which caused some trouble. Fortunately, it was resolved successfully.

Personnel au guichet horrible pas de sourire voulant à n’importe quel prix de vous vendre des options. La dame a changé deux fois mon véhicule pour enfin me donner autre voiture que celle réservée ( manuelle au lieu d’automatique) La Jeune fille blonde aux yeux bleus limite RACISTE me faisant illusion au vol de voiture .... Plus jamais europcar est le message est à diffuser au plus grand nombre.....

I booked auto car but they said they dont have auto so I should pay more for bigger auto or just same amount but smaller auto or I should go for a manual car even if they mentioned it is auto.

I claimed this issue to the CR then they tried to help me. Still waiting the result.

Absolutely appaling over 2 hours in an over heated over crwoded office with no communication of wait time .THE WORST POSSIBLE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE NO STARS
