Overall satisfied, but the last-minute vehicle replacement wasn't communicated in advance. The replaced car had a hard-to-open side door, a missing exterior door guard, and an unpleasant smell inside, which affected the experience. However, the driving condition was decent.

Very satisfied, the car was brand new, and the staff had excellent attitudes.

Excellent, the car only had 18,000 kilometers, it was in good condition and clean. The pick-up process was really quick, and so was the return. Only needed about 10 minutes.
