Returned the car just yesterday, so not sure if there will be any issues later. However, for now, the service attitude seems quite good. At the airport, you might need to wait for the shuttle for 1-30 minutes since there's just one vehicle for transfers. If the shuttle has just left, you’ll need to wait. We waited for 15 minutes this time. The same applies when returning to the airport. We used an Australian driver’s license and didn’t need to use a credit card to pick up the car.

It's okay, but there's no flexibility after working hours

Apex did not provide the Mitsubishi or similar vehicle but provided a granddad people carrier!!!! Apex staff refused to honour the reservation despite several requests.

I have used Apex previously and I have never been disappointed ! Always good and clean cars ! Excellent customer service ! Will always use Apex !
